Looking for a sales representative for the Telekom HU store in Siófok. You will be the face of the brand, supporting customers with premium services and a customer-centric approach.
Tasks
- Assess the needs of customers visiting the Telekom store and offer them the best solution
- Strive for complex sales solutions (cross-sell, up-sell)
- Provide consultative advice tailored to customer needs
- Demonstrate devices and services to customers
- Handle customer complaints when necessary
