The Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager Europe drives the implementation of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs aligned with IST Division's business objectives and talent strategy. The role bridges global reward frameworks with the specific needs of 16 European countries, covering approximately 2,500 employees.
Tasks
- Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs across Europe
- Lead the rollout of the annual salary review process across the region
- Manage variable pay programs and annual incentive cycles
- Provide expert advice to HR colleagues and business leaders on Compensation and Benefits matters
- Monitor compensation trends and labor market developments across Europe
- Co-lead the region's readiness and compliance efforts related to the EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Drive benefits governance and competitiveness reviews across the region
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience that aligns with the requirements
- Prior relevant experience as an International C&B Manager/Expert in multi-countries/regional scopes
- Advanced knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, with exposure to multiple European countries
- Familiarity with EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements and pay equity topics
- Master's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Economics, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field
- English (Fluent/Business Proficient, Mandatory)
