The LEGO Group factory in Nyíregyháza is looking for a maintenance specialist to ensure machine availability, troubleshoot issues, and perform preventive maintenance tasks.
Tasks
- Ensure and maximize machine availability, cooperating with area specialists when necessary
- Monitor the general technical condition of machines in the Processing area
- Initiate troubleshooting immediately in case of breakdown
- Perform and document troubleshooting, keep records of machine downtime in designated systems
- Inform colleagues in writing about machine repairs and setting adjustments
- Follow the escalation process if downtime exceeds 30 minutes and significantly affects production
- Participate in local project work within the Processing maintenance area
- Accurately perform and document preventive maintenance in your assigned area
- Resolve anomalies and faults found during planned maintenance tasks
- Take immediate action to resolve situations related to work safety, product safety, and asset protection
- Report cases and observations in writing and propose recommendations to prevent recurrence
- Maintain workshop and machine areas in compliance with standards
- Perform 5S tasks in accordance with instructions
- Hand over the workstation in an orderly condition

Requirements
- Secondary vocational education (electrical or mechanical)
- Experience in mechanical and/or electrical fields
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Precise and accurate work execution
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
