- Analysing store operations, identifying issues
- Identifying problems and interrelations
- Formulating a professional opinion
- Defining project goals
- Coordinating project tasks
- Consulting with relevant areas
- Supporting practical implementation
- Measuring and evaluating experiences
- Preparing analyses, reports, presentations

Requirements
- At least secondary education in commerce or economics
- Intermediate knowledge of German and/or English
- Solid basic computer skills (Excel, PPT)
- Good communication skills
- Category B driving licence
- Higher education in commerce (advantage)
