The Commercial and Customer Relations Directorate of Provident Pénzügyi Zrt. is looking for a new team member for the position of Senior Commercial Manager. We work in a stable, innovative international yet family-friendly environment.
Tasks
- You manage the work of commercial consultants and commercial coordinators; you manage a team of 18–20 people
- You manage the business needs of your assigned area regarding employees, including the recruitment, selection, onboarding, development, retention, and performance management of commercial consultants and coordinators
- You are responsible for motivating, supporting, and developing the staff under your supervision, as well as improving the quality of your assigned area, increasing the number of clients and client satisfaction, and achieving commercial objectives
- Together with commercial coordinators, you develop plans for your own area that ensure the achievement of the company's goals
- You supervise the processes and tasks related to the operation of your assigned area

Requirements
- A degree or at least secondary education (high school diploma) and a dependent or independent insurance intermediary official exam
- Leadership attitude: ability to motivate others and improve their performance
- Good professional, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High-level communication and persuasion skills
- Practical, results-oriented mindset
- Proactivity, active initiative regarding creative solutions
- User-level computer skills
- Category B driving license
