Tasks
- Mix drinks and build a memorable and unique guest experience
- Keep up-to-date with new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests' evolving needs
- Act as the host of the space and take ownership of guest service more broadly
- Use knowledge and expertise to make the bar look and function flawlessly
- Build relationships with others across the hotel and in the community
- Ensure a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality
