We are looking for a Senior C++ Backend Developer to join the team at Asura Technologies Zrt., established in Budapest in 2017. Our company designs, develops, and deploys AI-based parking, traffic monitoring, and security systems worldwide.
Tasks
- Design and development of architecture for performance-critical, high-load C++ backend systems
- Design and optimization of complex image and video analysis pipelines
- Development of high-level multi-threaded, parallel processing solutions
- Technical leadership in integrating artificial intelligence models into the system
- Architectural design of the network communication layer (HTTPS, gRPC, TCP)
- Professional mentoring of junior and medior colleagues, conducting code reviews
- Performance optimization, identification and elimination of bottlenecks
- Participation in making technological decisions
- Minimal SQL usage, supervision of database integrations

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of C++ development experience
- Deep knowledge of multi-threaded and parallel programming
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing performance-critical systems
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP, HTTPS, gRPC)
- System design and architecture experience
- Basic SQL knowledge
- English language proficiency (for documentation and communication)
- Mentoring and teamwork experience
