As a Sales Advisor, you are the friendly face who welcomes our customers and embodies the essence of our brand. You will have the opportunity to provide high-level service at every moment. From initiating conversations to helping at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the store, you play a key role in enhancing the shopping experience.
Tasks
- Welcome customers
- Provide high-level service at the cash desk, fitting rooms, and throughout the store
- Process deliveries
- Replenish stock
- Merchandise the latest clothing items in the store
- Provide sincere assistance and proactive service to customers
- Create moments that matter together with your team
- Previous customer service experience and material knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Understanding of business operations and customer service skills from previous retail experience
- Confident advice on fashion trends, materials, sizes, etc.
- Part-time position with a 20-hour weekly contract
