We are looking for an experienced professional to build a long-term successful franchise system at Auchan, from concept and operational-business framework to finding the right partners.
Tasks
- Develop Auchan's franchise operational model and build the professional framework for long-term sustainable operations.
- Develop the complete franchise package, including commercial, financial, and — in cooperation with the legal department — legal elements.
- Build the complete ecosystem required for franchise operations, defining related processes, roles, and collaboration points.
- Create the operational description, processes, and standards of the franchise system, ensuring the foundations of uniform and transparent operations.
- Participate in the establishment of franchise contractual frameworks, and coordinate and support the negotiation of franchise agreements.
- Actively source potential franchise partners, conducting their initial evaluation and screening.
- Independently lead business negotiations with partner candidates and guide them through the selection and contracting process.
- Work closely with legal, financial, commercial, and other relevant areas to ensure the developed franchise model is commercially and operationally viable.
- Following the establishment of the franchise system, participate in the operation and further development of the network: support partners and store operations, track business results and compliance with corporate standards, and coordinate the onboarding of new partners.

Requirements
- Practical experience in designing and building franchise systems.
- Experience in developing franchise operating models, processes, and business frameworks.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial and/or business development experience, FMCG or retail background is an advantage.
- Higher education degree.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Confident financial and business mindset, strong analytical thinking.
- Proactive, initiative-taking attitude, ability to independently launch and build new processes.
- Determined, confident demeanor, leadership mindset, and independent decision-making ability.
- Creative and solution-oriented thinking, openness to developing new business solutions.
- Assertive communication and strong negotiation skills, ability to successfully balance diverse interests.
- System-level thinking, ability to see the big picture in complex business processes.
- Category B driver's license and willingness to travel nationwide.
