Emerson is a global leader in automation technology and software. We are looking for a Senior Social Security and Payroll Specialist for our Debrecen office, who will be responsible for the full-cycle payroll processing of employees and dual-training students in the SAP system.
Tasks
- Performing full-cycle payroll processing for employees and dual-training students in the SAP system.
- Processing monthly payroll data, handling and recording garnishments.
- Calculating regular and ad-hoc benefits and payments.
- Performing daily payroll administration tasks.
- Preparing employee certificates.
- Accounting for commuting-related expense reimbursements.
- Managing social security administration and related processes.
- Supporting the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual returns and data reports.
- Preparing reports and statements for related areas.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and internal regulations.
