We are looking for a Production Manager to perform tasks for our dynamically developing manufacturing partner.
Tasks
- Planning, organization, and supervision of production processes
- Development and enforcement of production schedules
- Optimization of production costs
- Forecasting and securing necessary resources
- Identification and analysis of quality issues, and development of solutions
- Management, motivation, and development of the production team
- Continuous monitoring and analysis of production performance
- Improvement of production processes
- Communication with suppliers and partners

Requirements
- Engineering or economic degree, preferably in the manufacturing or production field.
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of production processes, quality assurance, and cost management
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems is an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
- Lean mindset
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
