Schneider Electric's team in Gyöngyös is looking for a new Production Quality Engineer. Your tasks will include active participation in projects related to the introduction of new products and production lines, defining quality requirements, and supporting and developing processes.
Tasks
- Active participation in projects related to the introduction of new products and production lines
- Defining, establishing, and introducing quality requirements for manufacturing processes
- Preparation, updating, and continuous maintenance of PFMEA throughout the project
- Creation, implementation, and regular review of the Control Plan
- Defining quality control points in the manufacturing process
- Investigation, handling, and follow-up of manufacturing and process non-conformities
- Performing root cause analyses using various problem-solving methods such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, and 8D
- Defining and introducing corrective and preventive actions, and tracking their effectiveness
- Tracking, analyzing, and regularly reporting quality KPIs and performance metrics
- Close cooperation with project, manufacturing, process engineering, and production areas
- Supporting and improving the quality performance of the production line during the ramp-up period

Requirements
- Engineering degree (BSc/MSc)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing quality or process quality
- Practical experience in creating PFMEA and Control Plan
- Knowledge and practical application of major Core Tools methods, especially FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, and MSA tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Works independently and proactively, while also eager to collaborate with other professional areas
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Confident English communication skills in a professional environment
