We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing with a business mindset for our team, who, in addition to managing the sales and real estate acquisition team, will also personally play an active role in acquiring key clients and direct the marketing support for sales.
Tasks
- Developing and implementing the sales strategy, preparing monthly and quarterly operational plans, and monitoring results
- Finding new B2B clients and business opportunities, primarily among large and medium-sized enterprises
- Building an independent portfolio and networking with key decision-makers in HR, procurement, and company management
- Managing the sales and real estate acquisition team — monitoring and developing its performance
- Managing the full sales process from the initial contact to the agreement
- Coordinating customer-related work (CRM tracking) and developing and supporting customer relationship management
- Developing business terms for lease and client contracts and preparing for contract signing
- Defining and directing the marketing support for sales
- Working closely with operations, finance, and legal departments
