We are looking for a new colleague for our partner, an industrial manufacturing company based in Jászárokszállás, for the Process Engineer position. We are looking for a technically minded professional who is happy to participate in the optimization of production processes, increasing production efficiency, and preparing technical quotations.
Tasks
- monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement of production processes
- Increasing production efficiency, reducing production losses and scrap
- Identifying production problems, root cause analysis, and developing corrective actions
- Development and optimization of production technologies, workflows, and work instructions
- Support for the technical preparation of customer quotations, taking into account manufacturing capabilities and technological requirements
- Determining technical data, material requirements, manufacturing operations, and estimated production times required for quotation preparation
- Analyzing product manufacturability and supporting the estimation of expected production costs and resource requirements
- Cooperation with production, quality assurance, procurement, and sales departments
- Preparing and keeping technical documentation related to production processes up to date
- Supporting the introduction of new products and production technologies

Requirements
- Higher technical education, preferably in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or manufacturing technology
- Knowledge of production processes and technologies
- Experience gained in the development and optimization of production processes
- Ability to read technical drawings, production documentation, and technological instructions
- Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills
- Process optimization, efficiency-driven, and cost-reduction mindset
- Quality-oriented attitude, striving to identify and prevent production defects
- Openness to preparing technical quotations and estimating material requirements and production times
- Good communication and teamwork skills
