Samsonite is a global leader in high-end travel bags, suitcases, and accessories. We are looking for a new team member for our Budapest team as an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and the achievement of sales targets.
Tasks
- Supporting the achievement of sales targets
- Supporting the store manager's work
- Providing an exceptional and premium shopping experience for customers
- Applying mandatory sales standards and increasing sales through up-to-date product knowledge
- Compliance with guidelines regarding store opening and closing, dress code, hygiene, health and safety, and finances
- Ensuring a pleasant and clean store environment with properly displayed products
- Inventory management
- Assisting in the training, preparation, motivation, development, and retention of staff
