We're looking for a visionary creative genius who can turn ideas into beautiful, practical, and buildable digital experiences. This is a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of a product from the ground up. As the first designer on the team, you'll own the creative direction and work closely with stakeholders to transform ideas, concepts, and inspiration into impactful, real-world designs.
Tasks
- Design intuitive, visually polished user experiences across web and mobile products.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs from concept through delivery.
- Shape and maintain the product's visual language, ensuring a high-quality and consistent user experience.
- Contribute to and evolve the design system to support scalability and consistency across the product.
- Design and optimize key e-commerce experiences, including product discovery, search and filtering, product pages, personalization features, customer accounts, and checkout flows.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are practical, technically feasible, and implemented as intended.
- Use user feedback, testing, and data to inform design decisions and improve the overall experience.
- Collaborate with founders and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective product solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing consumer-facing digital products, ideally in e-commerce, beauty, fashion, luxury retail, or personalization-focused platforms
- Excellent visual design foundations including typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, composition
- Deep understanding of UX and product design, including information architecture, user flows, wireframing, interaction design, usability testing, accessibility, and design system development
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including Auto Layout, Components & Variants, Variables, Design Tokens, and Interactive Prototyping
- Hands-on experience designing e-commerce products
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles, front-end implementation constraints
- Excellent communication skills
