Provide support in store floor operational activities through compliance with operational processes corresponding to sales, merchandising, and customer service established by AutoZone, collaborating to achieve the operational and commercial indicators of the assigned store.
Tasks
- Perform merchandise placement on the sales floor, excess product, and truck handling while complying with the corresponding merchandising guidelines.
- Execute correct planogram implementation;
- Scan merchandise to comply with counts;
- Perform correct fronting and labeling to classify merchandise and participate in opening and closing tasks as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor to achieve proper product placement and store presentation.
- Handle customer service by answering questions regarding location, specific product information, function, and price to provide excellent service reflected in over-the-counter sales closures, and handle customer phone calls to clarify doubts about a specific product or orders.
- Execute cash or card transaction activities correctly, process returns complying with cash collection policy to achieve effective payment execution and sales closure.
Requirements
- Completed high school
- Previous experience as a warehouse worker, cashier, or general assistant.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
