The purpose of the role is to support production by increasing the efficiency of quality and quantity indicators, and reducing manufacturing and finished product losses. The position is located at the Tatabánya plant, and the direct supervisor is the TS Coordinator.
Tasks
- Support for the introduction and testing of new products
- Development, maintenance, and implementation of local product specifications and related standards
- Support for compliance with requirements set out in local product specifications and standards
- Testing of new raw materials, machinery, and technologies
- Analysis and troubleshooting of production process-related issues
- Liaising with the Development / Technical Center
- Daily cooperation with related departments (production, quality, maintenance)
- Support for technical developments and provision of professional assistance on technical matters
Requirements
- College or university degree, preferably in chemical engineering, materials engineering, or another technical field
- Knowledge of the rubber industry or process engineering experience is an advantage
- We also welcome applications from entry-level candidates
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Confident use of quality tools is an advantage
- Ability to read technical drawings
- At least intermediate knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
