Our partner is a globally recognized multinational company. They are looking for an Associate Manager QA for their location in Gyöngyöshalász. This position is an independent expert role without subordinates, where you will be responsible for the plant's automotive quality issues and new projects as part of the global quality assurance team.
Tasks
- Quality acceptance, risk analysis, and commissioning of new equipment, production lines, and technologies.
- Development of existing quality systems and supervision of change management (4M) processes.
- Implementation of material traceability and automated quality control systems.
- Coordination of root cause analyses (FMEA) and support in developing quality instructions.
- Primary quality contact for key automotive partner groups.
- Enforcement of customer-specific requirements (CSR) in internal operations.
- Full management of PPAP and APQP processes for new projects.
- Fast, structured handling of customer complaints, holds, and non-conformances (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa).

Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in the automotive or tire manufacturing industry.
- At least 5 years of direct Tier 1 OEM customer relationship experience.
- A combination of plant (shop floor) and central quality assurance experience.
- Technical / engineering degree.
- Thorough knowledge of automotive standards and tools (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Negotiation-level English proficiency.
