Technical Maintenance Technician

Tasks

• You ensure the operational and technical processes of the plant and carry out necessary repairs.
• Ensure the efficient, owner-minded technical operation of the machinery group belonging to your primary area of responsibility
• Take necessary measures and notify your direct supervisor in case of technical non-compliance or deviation from the baseline condition during production
• Ensure production efficiency from a technical perspective
• Proper use of data recording systems used and provided at the Bük site
• Support the development of the operated machinery group
• Minimize losses occurring in your area
• Support and improve the machinery group entrusted to you by following the CIL standard, focusing primarily on lubrication and inspection
• Perform routine maintenance tasks in the area and time designated by your supervisor
• On maintenance days, perform your work in accordance with issued maintenance and inspection instructions, quickly and professionally troubleshoot machine and part failures, and complete administrative tasks related to daily activities
• In case of automation faults, involve automation engineers in accordance with the operating instructions
• Handle technical warehouse materials properly, complying with issue and return procedures
• Check value and preserve condition
• Comply with electrical industry standards during work (only with electrical qualification and authorization)
