For our partner, we are looking for a Production Line Team Leader who wants to develop in a leadership role long-term and is happy to take responsibility for the work of a production line team. The position is linked to a mentored team leader program, during which you will gradually master the tasks of production management and team leadership. Previous leadership experience is not required.
Tasks
- Familiarization with production processes and roles (participation in management and production training)
- Performing operator duties during the training period
- Gradually taking on increasing leadership responsibility
- Coordinating the daily work of the production line team
- Supervising production processes, quality, and deadlines

Requirements
- Secondary or basic technical education
- Willingness to work various shift schedules (shift schedule varying based on production needs, which may include 12-hour day shifts and a 4-shift work schedule)
- User-level knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Leadership affinity, motivation for development
- experience in serial production or team leading (advantage)
- SAP knowledge (advantage)
