Rheinmetall is looking for a Warehouse Team Lead for its site in Zalaegerszeg. Your responsibilities will include leading, coordinating, and motivating the warehouse team, optimizing processes, and ensuring material supply for production.
Tasks
- Leading, coordinating, and motivating the warehouse team
- Supervising the team, managing shift schedules, and delegating tasks
- Capacity planning for the warehouse team
- Optimizing workflows, monitoring performance in receiving and order-picking areas
- Controlling project deadlines and budgets, preparing countermeasures when necessary
- Liaising with domestic and international departments
- Ensuring the smooth supply of materials required for production
- Inventory control, ensuring continuous stocktaking, and monitoring part movements
- Analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on logistical processes
- Tracking KPIs and developing action plans in case of deviations from target values
- Organizing and ensuring safe working conditions and operational processes
- Training and enforcement of the 5S methodology
