A long-established Group of Companies with an international background, dealing with pharmaceuticals, professional medical materials, medical machinery, and equipment, is looking for a full-time Transport Organizer for a 3-shift work schedule.
Tasks
- timely delivery of shipments handed over for transport to the recipient, professional organization of loading
- routing of shipments taking into account professional and economic aspects
- preparation and compilation of transport documents and handover of shipments to drivers based on them
- ensuring optimal utilization of transport equipment
- applying the most cost-effective solution for emerging transport needs
- cooperation and communication with colleagues working in logistics

Requirements
- minimum secondary education
- IT skills (thorough, user-level knowledge of the MS Office package)
- experience gained in a transport organizer role
