You will act as the primary architectural bridge between business demands and data engineering delivery, translating analytical requirements into scalable, secure, and operationally sustainable end-to-end High-Level Designs.
Tasks
- Design and oversee end-to-end data solutions, ensuring business needs are translated into scalable and secure data architectures.
- Act as the main link between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop high-level designs and blueprints for data ingestion, processing, and storage.
- Define and implement technical strategies for migrating data from traditional databases to cloud environments.
- Ensure all data solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, data models, and security guidelines.
- Integrate data architectures with advanced analytics and AI initiatives.
- Provide guidance to engineering teams throughout the development and operational phases.

Requirements
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience as a Data Solution Architect, Data Architect, or Senior Data Engineer.
- Deep knowledge of modern Data Lakehouse and Cloud Data Warehouse architectures, especially on AWS.
- Strong skills in data modeling (Dimensional/Kimball, Data Vault 2.0, 3NF, Semantic Layer modeling, Data Product contracts).
- Hands-on experience with modernizing legacy data warehouses, building ETL/ELT pipelines, and working with streaming data.
- Solid understanding of data governance, GDPR compliance, and access control.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills in both English and Hungarian.
