This team is part of SAP's Global Customer Services and Delivery focusing on enterprise HR transformation for large clients across the region. You design, implement, and orchestrate services and solutions that improve customer outcomes, advising clients on how to activate and adopt AI-powered features within SuccessFactors.
Tasks
- Design, implement, and orchestrate services and solutions that improve customer outcomes
- Serve as the main client contact through the full implementation lifecycle
- Advise clients on how to activate and adopt AI-powered features within SuccessFactors
- Lead AI-workforce transformation planning efforts
- Mentor near-shore and off-shore consultants as part of cross-border project teams
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central with a track record of leading implementations as a lead consultant
- Experience with Time Management, other SuccessFactors modules, or Smart Recruiters
- Understanding of AI capabilities in SuccessFactors
- Fluent German and English
