We are a medium-sized company with French ownership and a team based in Budapest, developing a system for one of Europe's largest courier services. This system supports the entire logistics process across multiple countries, from parcel pickup to successful delivery. We are looking for a Product Owner who will actively shape the product and make a real impact on its development.
Tasks
- Managing, continuously refining, and tracking the product backlog
- Prioritizing business requirements based on business value, risk, and feasibility
- Close collaboration with the Project Manager and Business Analyst team to optimize scope and delivery
- Supporting Business Analysts in determining solution feasibility and timeframes
- Supporting or leading client workshops, discovery sessions, and professional discussions
- End-to-end ownership of individual features, functions, or domains
- Overseeing and ensuring the quality of user stories and acceptance criteria
- Continuous collaboration with business analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders
- Supporting releases and rollouts (planning, scope management, communication)
- Ensuring productive operations, identifying and addressing bottlenecks
- Preparing regular status updates and decision-making materials for stakeholders
- Supporting the analysis and prioritization of production issues
- Representing the product to clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Product Owner role
- Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
- Confident workshop facilitation and presentation skills
- High level of ownership and proactive mindset
- Structured, analytical thinking for complex problems
- Ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Experience in an agile product development environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Technical affinity
