Tasks
- A diverse program with high-quality training in leadership, management tools, and store operations
- Five one-week modules: theoretical overview, case studies and role-playing, teamwork, team building
- Between modules, on-the-job training, coaching, and guidance with the designated store manager mentor
- Participation in the fifth module, concluding with a store manager exam
- Preparation for managing your own store in the near future

- At least 1 year of relevant team leader experience
