We are looking for a barista-bartender for the opening team of the revived Múzeum Kávéház. We are waiting for colleagues who take pride in their work, can handle the pace of hospitality, and want to be part of building a new professional culture.
Tasks
- preparing coffee and other hot and cold drinks
- preparing alcoholic drinks and cocktails
- ensuring consistent quality of drinks according to recipes
- high-quality presentation and serving
- maintaining order and cleanliness at the bar
- daily preparation and mise en place
- monitoring necessary supplies and reporting needs
- accurate and quick handover of prepared drinks to servers
- cooperation with the entire service team

Requirements
- experience as a bartender or barista
- confident knowledge of classic café hot and cold drinks
- making high-quality espresso-based coffees
- knowledge of Latte Art
- preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- precise, fast and high-quality work
- team player attitude
