We are hiring 3 Implementation Managers to drive our global Quote-to-Order transformation and standardize commercial processes and digital solutions across our business. This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment.
Tasks
- Lead implementation of the global Quote-to-Order process across your region.
- Facilitate workshops to map current country processes against the global target, identify gaps, and define how they are resolved.
- Support countries through a complete tool landscape transformation.
- Act as the primary business process advisor and second-level tool support contact for your region's countries.
- Coordinate deployment of CPQ and related solutions, including commercial process integration and handover into SAP S/4HANA.
- Build strong relationships with country Sales organizations and key stakeholders.
- Define and execute country implementation plans covering preparation, testing, training, go-live and stabilization.
- Champion continuous improvement post go-live.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in commercial process implementation, digital transformation or business change roles in a B2B environment.
- Good understanding of commercial processes such as quotation, pricing, configuration, sales operations or order handling.
- Experience working with commercial platforms such as CPQ, CRM, CLM or ERP is an advantage.
- Experience with commercial processes integrated with SAP S/4HANA or comparable ERP environments is an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience working across multiple countries and in matrix organizations; structured, self-driven and ownership-oriented.
- Fluent in English; local or regional language skills are an advantage. Willingness to travel frequently within your region.
