Tasks
- A varied program with high-standard training in leadership, management tools, and store operations
- Combining practical experience with theoretical knowledge
- Collaboration with other trainees and mentors
- Five one-week modules (theoretical overview, case studies and role plays, teamwork, team building, and training)
- On-the-job training with a designated store manager mentor, receiving coaching and guidance
- Store manager exam at the end of the fifth module
- Preparation to manage your own store in the near future

Requirements
- At least 1 year of team leadership experience
- Commitment to managing your own development, full responsibility and decision-making in a dynamic everyday environment
- You are a good communicator and able to create a positive working atmosphere
- You are driven by an inner force and result-oriented
- You know how to get things done: you keep your calm and provide direction even in stressful situations
- You are not afraid of physical work
