The Magyar Posta team is looking for a new colleague for the Management Manager position in Tapolca. Join our stable, established company with a full-time, indefinite employment contract.
Tasks
- Managing the sales processes of the post office
- Participation in breaking down the annual plan of the post office among employees
- Management and evaluation of promotions, sales competitions, and internal contests
- Shift organization adapted to customer needs for the subordinate post office organizational unit
- Supervision of technological processes
- Application of motivational systems
- Organization of trainings, meetings, and compilation of training aids.
