Tasks
- Management of contracted suppliers in daily operations
- Monitoring of key performance indicators, delivery results, and deadlines
- Tracking of open measures and supplier commitments
- Identification of performance deviations and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
- Ensuring transparent communication towards business departments and management
- Commissioning of internal and external service providers
- Coordination of scopes of work with business departments and procurement
- Support of ordering and commissioning processes
- Control of service delivery against agreed requirements
- Ensuring compliance with internal purchasing, compliance, and governance guidelines
- Review and tracking of necessary documentation and evidence
- Support during audits and compliance checks
- Participation in the implementation of regulatory requirements
- Central contact person for business departments, procurement, and suppliers
- Coordination of cross-functional topics and requirements
- Support for tenders, awards, and contract modifications
- Coordination with compliance, data protection, and security stakeholders
- Identification and implementation of optimization potentials
- Further development of supplier management processes
- Documentation and tracking of measures
- Preparation of key figures and status reports
- Maintenance of relevant data in the applied systems
