As a Mechanical Maintenance Foreman, after onboarding, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating daily maintenance tasks for oil industry equipment, as well as managing subordinate teams and workshops.
Tasks
- Planning and coordinating daily mechanical maintenance tasks for oil industry equipment, liaising with the client.
- Cooperation with the dedicated technical planner and related departments
- Managing subordinate teams and the workshop.
- Participation in maintenance tasks during major plant shutdowns
- Complying with and enforcing company instructions and regulations

Requirements
- An experienced colleague with a secondary or higher education focused on mechanical engineering in the field of mechanical maintenance.
- Proficiency in process pipefitting or at least 5 years of experience in the field
- Leadership experience at least at a team leader level
- Category B driver's license and driving experience
- Willingness to develop your leadership and teamwork skills.
