Forvis Mazars is one of the leading global networks providing audit, tax, and advisory services. We are looking for a new colleague for our Budapest team for the Consultant position in the field of taxation.
Tasks
- Preparation of advisory materials and opinions covering all areas of taxation, with a particular focus on international taxation, transactions (M&A), and global minimum tax matters.
- Participation in tax due diligence and the design of international tax structures.
- Participation in and coordination of global minimum tax advisory and compliance workflows.
- Liaising with clients and collaborating with foreign Forvis Mazars member firms.
- Professional guidance and development of junior tax advisors.
- Testing AI and other Tax Technology solutions, and facilitating their integration into business and professional processes.
- Participation in the technological development of tax advisory services and internal processes — particularly with a focus on AI.
