Tasks

• Managing operators working in the area, supervising their work, ensuring full compliance with production and quality goals
• Proper handling of products, compliance with ESD regulations, safe work practices, and accurate execution of current plans
• Full compliance with operational instructions
• Efficient and defect-free work while adhering to established standard times
• Compliance with other rules prescribed for the production area, use of work tools and auxiliary materials according to instructions, and maintaining their integrity
• Immediate reporting of emerging problems to the direct supervisor
• Strict adherence to work breaks and the work schedule
• Mastery of all workplace operations belonging to the area
• Supervision of the work of operators in the area
• Responsible for operator training and their level of qualification
• Coordination and independent execution of changeovers based on Supervisor's instructions
• Ensuring, checking, and maintaining 5S in the area
• Continuous improvement of the area using LEAN tools (defect reduction, efficiency increase, process improvement, ergonomics, etc.)
• Performance of any other tasks related to the position
