Get to know the specifics of the financial sector with us and join the team of one of Hungary's market-leading banks as an intern student. You will have the opportunity to learn about the operations of an international corporation and gain insight into the daily practices of various HR fields.
Tasks
- You will be the first to contact potential candidates and schedule interview times via phone and email.
- You will get to know our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and can participate in the pre-screening of incoming resumes.
- We will involve you in the end-to-end recruitment process for finding interns.
- You can join our experienced recruiter colleagues during professional interviews and learn the basics of interviewing.
- We will also involve you in the planning and execution of various professional projects (such as an internal job fair or onboarding development).
