As part of the Robert Bosch Group, Bosch Rexroth Kft. is a leading player in drive, control and automation technology in Hungary. We are looking for a new colleague for the Senior Controller position in Budapest to support financial and controlling processes.
Tasks
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual controlling reports
- Preparation of plan-actual analyses and investigation of variances
- Continuous monitoring of revenue, costs and results
- Support in compiling the annual business plan and forecasts
- Preparation of ad-hoc financial analyses for management
- Development and tracking of KPIs
- Cooperation with local and regional finance, accounting and business areas
- Support for process improvement and automation projects

Requirements
- Higher education in economics or finance
- At least 2-5 years of experience in controlling
- Active English proficiency of at least intermediate level
- Confident knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Analytical thinking, precision and independence at work
- Good communication skills
