Tasks
- Support the Store Manager and management team in daily store operations
- Open and close the store in accordance with company procedures
- Coordinate and support the sales team during assigned shifts
- Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
- Assist customers and contribute actively to achieving sales targets
- Support cash-handling, stock-management and administrative processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures and health and safety requirements
- Help maintain an organised, motivating and positive working environment
- Report operational issues to the Store Manager
