DLA Management Kft. is looking for an experienced, business-minded Chief Executive Officer to lead a group of five logistics companies. We are looking for a professional capable of coordinating company operations, developing business performance, and achieving the set growth goals.
Tasks
- Strategic and operational management of five companies, coordinating their operations.
- Full business and financial result responsibility (P&L), with a particular focus on revenue, profitability, cash flow, and operational efficiency.
- Developing cooperation between companies and the efficient use of resources.
- Managing, developing, and evaluating the performance ofлисты the management team.
- Developing and implementing the group's growth strategy.
- Developing sales activities, identifying new markets, clients, and business opportunities.
- Expanding the service portfolio, building strategic client and partner relationships, and strengthening international business presence.
- Evaluating acquisition opportunities, managing transaction preparation and the integration of acquired companies.
- Establishing and operating a transparent, unified management and performance management system.
- Ensuring clear areas of responsibility, measurable goals, and efficient decision-making processes.
- Improving operational efficiency, applying digital, automated, and AI-driven solutions for business purposes.
- Regular cooperation with owners, preparing strategic decisions, and presenting business results.

Requirements
- Several years of senior executive experience in a CEO, Managing Director, COO, or significant business unit leader position.
- Experience in managing an organization consisting of multiple business units or companies, with full business and financial result responsibility.
- Verifiable results in the areas of business growth, profitability improvement, or organizational development.
- Confident financial and business mindset, data-driven decision making.
- Strong commercial and business development competencies.
- Independent decision-making ability, decisive and collaborative leadership approach.
- Strategic thinking and effective management of the implementation of set goals.
- Experience gained in an owner-operated environment, ability to cooperate as a partner.
- Negotiation-level English language skills.
