Techsend is an electronics webshop (smartphones, Xiaomi products, accessories). No experience needed — we teach you everything! Entry-level candidates, recent high school graduates, and university graduates are all welcome. Simple, varied office and store work in a friendly, small team.
Tasks
- Phone and email customer service (in Hungarian)
- Uploading products to the webshop
- Handling returned and uncollected packages (14-day return policy, RMA): labeling, returning to the system, record-keeping
- Simple email communication with suppliers and partners
- Reporting product defects to the supplier (arranging replacement or credit)
- In-store sales and cash register management

Requirements
- Excellent Hungarian language skills, basic English (email level is enough)
