We are looking for an experienced H&F Network Transformation Engineer to support network transformation, modernization, migration, and optimization initiatives. The role involves working across network infrastructure, connectivity, security, and transformation projects while ensuring minimal business disruption.

Tasks

  • Design and implement network transformation and migration solutions.
  • Support transformation of legacy network infrastructure to modern architectures.
  • Plan and execute network migrations, upgrades, and technology refreshes.
  • Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, WLAN, VPN, and routing/switching environments.
  • Work with Cisco / Aruba / Fortinet / Palo Alto or similar network technologies.
  • Perform network assessment, discovery, capacity analysis, and readiness checks.
  • Develop HLD/LLD, migration plans, implementation plans, and rollback plans.
  • Coordinate with network, security, cloud, application, and infrastructure teams.
  • Execute changes during planned maintenance windows and validate post-migration connectivity.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform RCA.
  • Support network automation and standardization where applicable.
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, configuration records, and migration reports.
  • Work with vendors and service providers during transformation activities.
  • Ensure changes follow ITIL/change-management and security standards.

  • Firewall & VPN concepts
  • Network Migration & Cutover
  • Network Design -- HLD / LLD
  • Network Assessment & Discovery
  • Troubleshooting & RCA
  • ITIL / Change Management
  • Network Monitoring & Performance Management
  • Basic Cloud Networking -- AWS / Azure
  • Network Automation -- Python / Ansible is an advantage
  • CCNP Enterprise
  • CCNA
  • Fortinet / Palo Alto certification
  • Aruba certification
  • SD-WAN vendor certification
