We are looking for a proactive, hybrid IT Business Analyst & Platform Admin with strong architectural understanding, who will take end-to-end ownership of global IT solutions and SaaS platform operations. This role focuses on bridging the gap between global business users and technical delivery teams by uncovering real business needs, configuring key platforms and ensuring seamless integration across complex IT landscapes.

Tasks

  • Proactive Analysis & Design: Actively engage with business users (primarily in the US and Denmark) to understand their processes and real needs. Translate these concepts into clear solution designs and hand them over to the technical Delivery team.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Plan and execute functional and integration testing. Collaborate with Super Users and log feedback to ensure the solution meets business value.
  • Go-Live Support & Training: Ensure smooth system handovers by conducting go-live training sessions for users and providing "hyper-care" business support post-launch.
  • Platform Administration: Handle daily administrative and operational tasks (such as user generation, access and permissions management) on platforms like Fresh Service and DocuSign.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between internal business users, external vendors, and the technical development team.
