We are looking for a specialist to lead a strategically important international project. Our partner is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a multi-country business and technology transformation initiative, capable of coordinating complex projects and effectively supporting high-level stakeholders. This role plays a key part in program management, project team coordination, and achieving strategic goals.
Tasks
- comprehensive coordination of a program consisting of multiple interconnected projects
- management of program plans, milestones, and resources
- identification and management of risks and dependencies
- preparation of management decision-support materials and status reports
- professional support and coordination of project managers
- collaboration with business and technology leaders in an international environment
- operation of program-level governance processes
- management of changes and business priorities throughout the entire lifecycle

Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant program or project management experience
- experience in large-scale enterprise transformation or ERP project management (specifically international SAP and SAP S/4HANA projects)
- strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- confident presence in an executive-level environment
- excellent spoken and written English
- structured, results-oriented working style
