Tasks
- Creation and maintenance of standardized work documentation for own production equipment
- Identification of deviations from standards through process confirmation
- Opening existing operation plans in SAP and modifying master data if necessary
- Ordering line modifications in SAP and coordinating their execution
- Recording new operation plans in SAP
- Development and maintenance of the standard line replenishment process
- Active participation in structured problem-solving teams
- Organizing structured problem-solving teams
- Closing problem-solving within the planned time by finding the root cause and constructive problem-solving
- Defining and continuously maintaining preventive maintenance tasks on the assigned production line
- Time management knowledge (MTM / MTM-UAS)
- Coordinating change management (ECR) in the assigned area

Requirements
- Higher education in engineering (BSc/MSc)
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in a manufacturing or technical environment
- Communicative English language skills (spoken and written)
- Proactive attitude and solution-oriented mindset
- Openness to continuous development and cross-functional collaboration
- Problem-solving experience, along with the necessary knowledge and professional background
