Join Resideo as a Maintenance Technician (SMT/THT) in Nagykanizsa and help introduce new SMT technology at our manufacturing plant! Your duties will include maintaining and repairing automated production equipment, participating in new projects and process improvements, and working in a supportive team where your technical expertise will drive visible results.
Tasks
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of automated and semi-automated production equipment, lines, and supporting systems
- Participation in equipment installation and relocation
- Ensuring continuous and reliable operation of production equipment
- Troubleshooting, problem analysis, and quick resolution
- Maintaining maintenance documentation and records
- Professional support and training of production line operators and machine operators
- Support for New Product Introduction (NPI)
- Active participation in the improvement of manufacturing processes
- In case of malfunction: troubleshooting, fault clearance, repair, and documentation
- Maintenance and technical supervision of SMT production equipment
- Maintaining the 5S condition of machines

Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of LEAN
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Knowledge of TPM
- Knowledge of SMT / THT technology
- Knowledge of pneumatics and electrical systems
- Good communication skills
