We are looking for a new colleague for the position of Quality Manager for our manufacturing partner company.
Tasks
- Managing the quality department, leading, developing, and professionally supporting the team
- Developing and operating the QMS, building the system according to IATF 16949 and customer requirements
- Managing quality documentation, continuous improvement of Control Plan, PFMEA, WI, and inspection standards
- Conducting audits, planning and execution of system, process, product, and LPA audits
- Customer quality relations, management of audits, meetings, complaints, and visits
- Complaint management and problem solving, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions, sustainable solutions
- Improving manufacturing quality, reducing defects, scrap, rework, and process variation
- Supporting supplier quality, incoming inspection, and improving supplier performance
- Developing the metrology lab and measurement systems, measurement capability, calibration, and developing visual standards
- Supporting NPI and continuous improvement, quality readiness, measurement readiness, introduction of Zero Defect principles
