For our partner's manufacturing plant, we are looking for a maintenance professional who can build on their experience to coordinate the daily work of a small maintenance team. The position is primarily organizational and coordinative in focus, while a technical background and practical knowledge of industrial maintenance processes are also important.
Tasks
- Organizing and coordinating the daily work of the maintenance team
- Developing and tracking preventive maintenance plans
- Coordinating troubleshooting and emergency maintenance tasks
- Managing maintenance resources and spare parts inventory
- Liaising with production and external service partners
- Keeping maintenance administration and documentation up to date
- Providing professional support to the maintenance manager
- Coordinating the work of a maintenance organization of approximately 7 people
