An international technology and service company present in more than 60 countries is looking for an HR Intern for its site in Miskolc. You will gain insight into HR and labor law, independently manage the processes related to the termination of employment, and participate in daily HR tasks within a youthful, international team.
Tasks
- Gaining insight into various areas of HR and labor law, independently managing processes related to the termination of employment, including conducting exit interviews
- Preparing employment contract amendments
- Managing databases, preparing reports and statements
- Maintaining ongoing communication with other departments
