The future colleague's main task is to support, coordinate, and continuously improve the development teams' use of AI so that it brings real efficiency gains to daily work.
Tasks
- Assessing development teams' AI needs and current processes
- Continuous tracking of the implementation and effectiveness of AI usage
- Developing connectors, integrations, and other technical solutions
- Customizing AI tools and assistants for teams and projects
- Aligning AI skills, workflows, and best practices used by the teams
- Ensuring new employees acquire proper domain knowledge and subsequently use AI building upon it
- Continuously tracking and testing new AI technologies, models, and development tools
- Liaising with companies providing AI technologies and services
- Monitoring token and AI costs, and optimizing usage
- Sourcing and introducing relevant AI training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing opportunities

Requirements
- Strong programming background, preferably in C/C++
