MOL Group is seeking a Polyol Production Process Development Leader based in Százhalombatta in the Polyol R&D Center to provide technical expertise during the implementation and commercialization of the Polyol Project and drive R&D initiatives.
Tasks
- Contribute to the development and continuous expansion of the polyol product portfolio in collaboration with customers, business partners and industry stakeholders.
- Lead and support R&D projects, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and successful product commercialization.
- Drive product and process development activities, including laboratory scale-up work and technical support for manufacturing operations.
- Manage and develop the Production Process Development team while coordinating laboratory resources and technical activities.
- Build and strengthen Polyol R&D capabilities, including laboratory infrastructure, technical expertise and external collaboration networks.
- Support innovation initiatives, market-driven product development and continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality, efficiency and competitiveness.

Requirements
- MSc in chemical engineering, chemistry or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years' relevant professional experience preferably at reactor technology
- Expertise in polyol applications and polyurethane processing technologies
- Fluent English knowledge (written and verbal)
